That's better. Guys like dad don't see details. He knows it needs cleaning but not what to clean. Tiny corner of tile in the bathroom and laundry sink corner. Where dad comes in from the shop. Phew. Threw out a couple of things and hand washed the floor and walls and shelf etc. Much better. Make the bathroom look newer again with the sink and high toilet from a few months ago. Swept down here a bit.

I think I'm going to make another coffee and sit for a bit. Call my phone calls at 9 and then go tackle upstairs. Mom might be stirring by then.

I'm not familiar with that dance - or highland dancing in general, trissie! It's beautiful, very graceful and precise.

I think I'll do quiet things today, like read dh's chapter, do some laundry, and work on the GGT project for payroll. I won't go for a jog. . . If I feel OK, I might go for a walk later. We're forecast to hit 70*F today! I might take a nap too; I didn't sleep well last night as I was up and going to the bathroom so often and then lying in bed with my stomach tied in knots, it felt like. . .

It seems the bugs are going around big time! I am still not feeling too well and DS had to stay home from school due to bad coughing. DH was working from home as he wasn't feeling that great either, which really helped, because I was able to do some unplanned overtime as I didn't have to run to get DBD from school. I'm so behind on things for work it's not funny!
But I am home now and it's almost 6pm and I need to get going again.

helian, hope you'll feel better soon! but it's a good diet, if nothing else
laura, of course the stress was a lot to take and it's taking its toll on you!

Thanks trissie. I actually did what I posted. Dad is still waiting for complete release. Gathering all his new meds and such. It's a 12 hour drive and at best they'll make it half way now. I'll talk to e in a bit when she comes. Depending how far they get today maybe I will just work part day tomorrow.

Helian take it nice and easy today. I'm sorry you're sick again. Not good.

That's how that saying goes, isn't it? It's how my day is going anyway. I am just going to jump right in and go from here:

Clean up after dog
Washed hair
Took Germane to groomer.
Germane pooped in the car on the way.
Carried her gingerly into the groomers and explained the issue. Wiped her down, put on her muzzle and wiped the floor.
Bagged the fleece throw from the back seat to discard.
Wiped down the canvas back seat cover and door as well as I was able to.
Drove home.
Discarded the first bag in the outdoor garbage.
Brought the second one in to wash later.
Gave clothes a quick handwash to be washed properly later

LIST FOR WEDNESDAY
(get out of bed without spending time on tablet games)
read a litle in Florence Nightingale biography, but don't get stuck in it! (I can lose the world to a book!) - yes, I actually did quit reading after half hour of hitting alarm snooze 3 x
Look outside and see if we are heading towards 1 or 8 inches of snow (forecast is 96% for that wide range - 46% think the low end, 50% think higher - that's pretty even guesses ) we got 0. absolutely no snow! After 3 days of forecasters warning us, and senior center in nearby town yesterday announced closing for today due to weather!
Unload the DW [color]

Got that far, and noticed the prayer shawl I haven't been working on lately - so surprise got sidetracked and worked on it - The good news is I have finished the crocheting, and now just have to work in ALL the ends - which are many because it is many stripes. The other good news is taht I actually went to the basement sewing and craft area and put away the many remnants of the yarns I used (and dealt with a few box elder bugs, but not so many as before. They are dwindling, I'm succeeding! Now I am still in my nightgown, and ready to make my oatmeal, so I have a little something to eat before heading to church soup supper
Let's try oatmeal for breakfast, with raisins, and a whole orange instead fo juice
Talk to mother - have lunch with her if the blizzard doesn't materialize because menu looks good. I stayed home and crocheted instead. now I have 1 hour to get dressed, eat that oatmeal, and do my PT exercises for my foot

And here's my list for after church

Carry vacuum cleaner up the stairs and vacuum the K rugs
Set timer for 1/2 hour each and dedicate time to living room and office
