April healthy habit focus = 12 stretch & strengthen exercises

Established healthy habits. April averages -
⭐Sleep - 8hr 25min
⭐Hydration 120oz+
⭐Cronometer - 270 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, ???? calories, protein ??%
⭐Move my body - ???? steps, ? hours with 250+ steps
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -0.91%

I am posting today without much data since my April data hasn't happened yet.

I am still reviewing the data that finished up the month of March. I have now officially lost over 10% of my body weight since I started tracking in July 2024. I am definitely in tortoise mode (slow and steady) but it is happening.

I'm traveling this month for two weeks total with 4 days of driving (not in a row!). So I'll do my best to post when I'm out-of-town but I make no guarantees.
I do a strength training program with my girls but we no longer workout together on a video call, but we are still doing it together but separately.
In the evenings, I do a combo: 5 min warm up, 1-6 sessions of HIIT (30/90 - sessions increase weekly), followed by finishing out a total of 45 min at Zone 2, ending with a step down cool down until I've reached an hour.
Macros depend on what cycle day I'm on: ketobiotic days are 75g pro/50g carb/lots of fats; feasting days are 50g pro/150g carb/60% cal from fat.
Tuesdays are rough getting a lot done due to DH's standing appointments and some weeks he has more, so there's grace to miss - it's easier, though, when I've been consistent to be okay with it.

Strength Training: 1/20
:!:

Walking: 1/20

Following Macros: 1/30

The following are for tracking purposes for the moment to see where I want to improve.
Grounding *
AM Sunlight *
Rebounding *
Neck/Shoulder Physical Therapy
Supplements *
Red Light Therapy *
Sleep hours avg: 6:50

April healthy habit focus = A dozen exercises to stretch & strengthen
1⭐

Established healthy habits. April averages -
⭐Sleep - 7hr 57min
⭐Hydration 120oz+
⭐Cronometer - 271 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1362 calories, protein 48%
⭐Move my body - 6122 steps, 9 hours with 250+ steps
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -0.91%

Fitbit congratulated me today for a 25 lb weight loss. That surprised me because my spreadsheets focus on the average numbers which doesn't show that many pounds were lost. However, i will celebrate any small step along this journey so today I am celebrating this accomplishment according to Fitbit way of keeping data.

KittyKatt - YGG!

April healthy habit focus = A dozen exercises to stretch & strengthen
1⭐2⭐

Established healthy habits. April averages -
⭐Sleep - 7hr 29min
⭐Hydration 120oz+
⭐Cronometer - 272 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1166 calories, 56% protein
⭐Move my body - 7034 steps, 9 hours with 250+ steps
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -1.04%

Losing weight has a mental part that I keep bumping up against. It takes some focused effort to keep making progress. Before I step on the scale each morning, I mentally tell myself what weight I would like to be by the end of the month. It helps me to have that number established. I would be head-over-heels happy to lose 1 lb a week consistently. That hasn't been happening consistently. So I have to come to grips with what I can accomplish. I can lose weight every month even when I hit a plateau the weight continues to reduce at a slower pace. I don't always get the 1 lb a week dream weight loss amount but I can be successful in consistently losing weight. Keeping mentally engaged is a daily battle.
