I would have walked another 46 steps last night if I had realized how close I was to 10K yesterday. But it was a good day, with a great workout!

Ok well now I know a lot of my problem is well founded. My results are in and I need to change gears from making myself book appointments to actually doing something about it. My body is lacking iron and b12. Which seems like it causes all the symptoms I struggle with.
I went to the pharmacy and got her suggestions what to take..now I just have to create a habit of taking it. I can't. I always do it for a couple weeks and stop. I have to do it this time. And both of those my body seems to avoid I eat meat and think my diet should not lack either that extreme.
Plus now I should get after some screening tests. Which I am supposed to be able to book myself.
I need to revamp this list again.
Accountability might help? No excuses? Dh will help too. I need to do some research when is best to take it. With what.

Gradual solution for chronic pain
Keep up with my own appointments
Manage my thoughts and negative outlook
Healing from the physical mental spiritual burnout
Take my supplements no excuses
If it reacts badly figure out why and make changes
Appointments list
Book screening at website asap
Book lab work repeat in 3 months
Need a referral to see my gynecologist surgeon again request at apt
What's ahead with asd testing -- apt rebook for may?? [color=#00BFBF]May 8 book day off[/color]
Counseling sessions??? Relevant? Still would like maybe different form
Book chiropractor
Mom new dr. Wed April 2 3pm
Mom and dad regular dr may 8?? Do I need to attend?? Lab work same day?

I have changed my mind 3 times about what habit I will focus on during the month of May. I want to pick a habit that I am willing to do. Sometimes I have a mental resistance in committing to do what would be good for me.

Twins,.I'm embarrassed to say that coming onto this forum each morning reminds me to do my exercises! Next month, I think I want to add drinking water (as in number of glasses each day).

** Deviled eggs
** Stuffed Jalapeno peppers
** Cottage cheese with sliced strawberries
** Sliced brisket
** Smoked pinto beans
** Smoothie - chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt & blueberries
** Asparagus & strawberries
That added up to 1224 calories with 45% protein. I enjoyed every bite.

I'll probably hit 56K steps for the week, that would be 8K average.
