Thanks for the welcome, I joined when first invited but the old sheforums is still working so I have had a hard time parting from it. I don't know how to save what I want other than to cut and paste. We had the Coffee House. I realize I have been part of that group for almost 20 or more years, that is crazy. Where does the time go? I have become much more organized but I will always be ADHD and now I actually believe I am AuDHD which explains so much about my child hood. They say when your child is identified look at the parents. We have decided we are a very high intelligent and functioning neurodivergent family. I have my routines which help me function very well and I live by my calendar and checklists.

I tend to be a stream of consciousness poster so beware. Look forward to getting to know some new people.

Good to see you, CL! Have you had a look at the "Post When You Can" (PWYC) thread? That's quite similar to the Coffee House thread. (A new thread starts every day, so the time difference means I don't post there as often as I would like to, but I think it might work for you.)There's also a "Healthy Habits " thread that I think you might enjoy, where we list our healthy habits and intentions for the month .

As for saving things from the old forum, I just did a "cut and paste" of the few things that are still really important to me. (Especially all the support I received when I had to say goodbye to my DDeparted Trifle). And I also did a cut/paste with my lists, so, for me, the transition to our lovely new home here was almost seamless. The rest, I'm ready to let go and move on with our new start.

Thanks KK, for especially thinking of my and suggesting things you know I would like, I appreciate it. I don't do change well but it will happen. I buy things (other than food) at the store and I can't open it for days. I don't use gifts for a little while, it doesn't mean I don't like them but it is a change, I have always done that since I was a child. I need to move over a few of my personal lists/threads that really help me, I have copy/pasted a few things into a document on google drive. I need to make a clean break of it and let it go but again hard.
