I have chopped up chives from onion tops to use on a recipe later on when I make
up the pizza. Cream cheese is on the counter to get room temp.
polish sausage is in the fridge sliced up already.
In a bit I'll slice the Swiss cheese up.
Next mix up the cream cheese mustard sauce.
Then the dough and assemble ingredients.
I got sliced mushers an extra topping.
Done it was my lunch with some left for later.
Great taste a tweak or two and will be awesome.

I have done the dishes and kit. looks better now too.

Happening in kitchen today -
** Made many changes to food spreadsheet to bring up to current status
** Lots of food removed
** chicken parmesan added
** Spaghetti added
** Country fried steaks added
** Terriyaki chicken added
** Strawberries & asparagus harvested

I mistakenly purchased Neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese. I have no experience using Neufchatel cheese but will be looking for some way to use it.

Happening in kitchen today -
** cleaned & processed freshly harvested asparagus & strawberries
** Potato salad made using baked potatoes & deviled eggs as ingredients
** 4 large steaks cooked. DS16 bought these in his grocery shopping, and it was a lesson he learned. He tried cooking a couple of them but ended up feeling defeated in how they were too done on outside and raw on inside. Buying steaks so thick means they are more like a roast. Thickness matters in cooking method.
** baked biscuits for DH

Happening in kitchen today -
** clean & process freshly harvested asparagus & strawberries
** Baked biscuits and hot links for DH breakfast (his current favorite breakfast)
** Jalapeno pepper cleaned, deseeded and cooked
** Hamburger & cream cheese stuffing made
** Stuffed Jalapeno peppers assembled and cooked
** Experiment in progress to see if the peppers can be frozen after cleaned. I am unsure how it will affect their texture. If the experiment works then making the next batch of stuffed jalapeno will be super simple. If the experiment doesn't work then I will dice the peppers and use them in future cooking adventures.
** Ready-to-eat proteins, carbs, fruit, vegetables, and dairy inventoried. Spreadsheet updated
