The play was nice, although it was hot in the gym, and they have to turn off the AC so the children can be heard better. Windows were open. The acoustics in this 75-100 year old gym are pretty pitiful anyway. Dgd didn’t have a speaking part so that didn’t bother any of us too much.
Afterwards, they invited me to eat at the steakhouse with them, so I did that and just got home.
Dmom is about the same but she is following doctor’s orders and hoping for results soon.

LucyLee - I hope your DMom gets some relief and quick recovery.
DD13 has school next week. I chose to stop homeschooling at the end of this week. Public school is mostly doing play days and trips for the rest of the school year. When i picked DD13 up from school after lunch today, her class was outside with chalk drawing pictures on the sidewalk.
I text DS51 to see if he was one of the 7k (his employer laid off 7000 today) . He replied that he is still employed.
