I've done my exercises for today: 8 hearts.

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water - 4 hearts

Health & Fitness habits =
__ Sleep = 6hr 43min average in August. Goal is 7-9 hours
⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 399 days logging
__ Calories = 1351 average in August. Goal is <1300
__ Protein = 34% average in August. Goal is >40%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 8 average daily in August. Goal is =>5
⭐ Steps = 6210 average in August. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 11 hours a day average in August. Goal is =>10
⭐ Weight change -.7 in August

I want to get back on track with healthy eating. This week has been filled with multiple days of birthday celebrations, which have thrown off my calorie intake.

What I am doing is fine for maintaining my weight but won't work to lose weight. I can keep my calories low during the daylight hours but then I want to eat at night. How do I break out of this cycle? I need to make some changes.

Lady M, you're doing great with all your monitoring to ensure your nutritional needs are met. All I can suggest to stop the evening snacking is to try moving your "eating g window" a bit later - have breakfast a bit later and have your evening meal later, and then that's it. No more eating for that day! Of course, this does go against what many dieticians suggest, about having one's last meal so many hours before bedtime, but many of the southern Europeans do ok eating their supper / dinner later in the evening! :lol: And it does help break the evening snacking cycle.
