Monday:
I've done my exercises for today: 18 hearts.

Yesterday I drank 8 glasses of water - 14 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Health & Fitness habits =
__ Sleep = 6hr 54min average in August. Goal is 7-9 hours
⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 409 days logging
__ Calories = 1306 average in August. Goal is <1300
__ Protein = 38% average in August. Goal is >40%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 8 average daily in August. Goal is =>5
__ Steps = 5618 average in August. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 10 hours a day average in August. Goal is =>10
⭐ Exercises = 7. Goal is =>6
__ Weight change = +0.3 in August
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.

I earned my ⭐ gold star back for calories under 1300. ***Big Sigh of Relief***

Things weren’t working, so I made a small change, and it seems to be helping. It’s such a tiny adjustment!
I decided to eat a serving of eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese with fruit/vegetables before anything else. Once I’ve had those three meals, I treat myself to something —just a little indulgence I don’t have every day. Yesterday I had fried chicken tenderloin as a treat. There's nothing quite like the sweet satisfaction of earning a reward!

I'm finally back on Zepbound and feeling more in control of my eating/appetite. When I was off of it, and had the leftover desserts from dh's party in the freezer, it wasn't a good scene.

My weight bounced up about four pounds when I went off - we had the trip to Florida, then the insatiable appetite here at home. So I'm restarting.
