Wrapping up the August data, it shows that I stayed consistent. While that's not terrible and definitely better than falling short, it's still not quite what I was aiming for.
Comparing today's weight to last Sunday shows a 1.6 lb loss, and comparing it to August 1st shows a 1.2 lb loss. However, since I track my weight by averaging all the days of the month and comparing that to the previous month's average (July), both averages turned out to be exactly the same. *Sigh*
In September, I plan to focus on my health and fitness by taking a 30-minute non-stop walk outside each day.
