September focus habit is walking 30 minutes with arms swinging.

⭐ Sleep = 7hr 18min average in September. Goal is 7-9 hours
⭐ Hydration = 120oz+
⭐ Food tracking = 431 days logging
__ Calories = 1384 average in September. Goal is <1200
⭐ Protein = 36% average in September. Goal is >36%
⭐ Fruit/Vegetable servings = 6 average daily in September. Goal is >5
⭐ Steps = 7872 average in September. Goal is >6k.
⭐ Hours of moving my body = 11 hours a day average in September. Goal is >9
⭐ Exercises = 10 Goal is >7
⭐ Weight change +0.2 September average weight compared to August average. 30 lbs lost since July 2024

I've done my exercises for today: 10 hearts

Yesterday I drank 6 glasses of water : 4 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 10 hearts
