I wasn't expecting grieving emotions from giving up gluten. I'm currently in the anger & bargaining stages. I can't stay in denial stage because the evidence is overwhelming.

Lady M, maybe if you termed it "seeking out alternatives to gluten", that might pique your curiosity and help quell the inner cravings? Replacing something negative (giving up gluten) with something positive (seeking out tasty and healthy alternatives).

I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 4 hearts
I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 5 hearts

For October I need to reinforce my existing habits. I think I should write them on paper so I can see them even when not having time to visit the boards.

Here are the habits I'm working on, in OCtober : Daily floss : ☑_☑☑ Daily pelvic floor habit : ☑_ _ _ Daily strength training : _ _ ☑_ No sugar before 4 pm ☑☑☑☑ No screens after 10 pm ☑_☑_ A general sense of discipline : ☑☑☑☑ This last habit seems to change a lot of things. It's more a mindset change than a habit probably, but I'm leaving it in the list.
I had a light bulb moment yesterday mowing.
Mowing is resistance exercise I am pushing against some thing!
As is using stairs coming back up and with laundry carrying the basket of cloths / sheets ect!
