Bama, yes, I typically go to a running store to get fitted for my shoes. I think my first pair was Brooks, but then the next year I went in, the salesperson sized my foot and said Brooks had changed something about their shoes, and he recommended Sauconny instead, which is what I've bought since. I didn't get sized last time. I just bought the same pair of Sauconny shoes - a newer version, and my feet are quite comfortable. I have no patience with uncomfortable shoes. No, I'm not in any pain at all. My feet and knees are quite robust, not fussy. LOL! (I say that because a lot of people complain about their feet or knees hurting.)
I'm finding mojo and then heading out for a walk.
