Yay for a successful meal, LAnn.

Hi Peaches.

Kittykatt, wtg on all of your accomplishments. A long list intimidates me too much to be of any use, so triple dog dare works to get me moving most days.

Thanks for the mojo, Dogged. It came in handy until a long drive home with a full tummy in the sunshine made me sleepy.

Trissie, I’m so sorry for the loss of your grandmother.

I enjoyed my lunch date. Met db at the restaurant, he was already there and sat at the bar area so we had people on both sides joining in our conversation which was fun, generic info on football, the soup of the day, etc. I went by the feed store to get turnip seeds, they had a hat like dh likes and had mowed into pieces so I got that, they had a yellow clover seed I’ve never seen so got that, and their 2026 calendars were already printed and he gave me 2 of those. It’s usually one free with purchase. They’re really nice bc they have all of the almanac info on them, moon cycles, weather, when to plant what, etc so I was very happy. Came home and got the seeds planted and chilled some before I cooked supper, walked the dogs with dh, and now eating and going to watch a show maybe before bedtime. It has been dark for awhile now so it feels like midnight but it’s barely after 6.

Done:
Weigh
Bible
Breakfast
Soak and clean floors
Pets fed
Litter scooped
Counters and table wiped down
Picked up stuff cats knocked down overnight
Laundry
- sort clothes and put away x2 loads (need to rearrange closet/move small chest for more hanging room before I put all away)
Played ball with Beau
Dw unloaded
Water 💧💧💧💧💧💧
Dbrother called and invited to lunch so heading out soon
Cleaned new spots by front door
Pelvic exercises
Lunch
Feed store
Walk dogs with dh
Cook soup
Eat and chill
♥ Wake each day expecting good things to happen! ♥

Kittykatt, it's good that you can see what you have gotten done, as well as what is left to do. You will probably feel a sense of relief when you prune the list. My clutter in the apartment is looking at me accusingly, but when I get an area cleared off, it really lifts my spirits. Anyway, we can all see that you are doing a great job, even if it is not always obvious to you in the middle of it!

That is great for a mother to hear, L.Ann. I'm glad that your DD enjoyed her dinner.

That sounds like a great day, Bama. I shut my curtains so that I don't have to look at what the sun is (and isn't) doing out there.

I'm really happy about reclaiming the soap gunky things. The dish detergent bottle is one that I refill, so it was just the lid that I soaked (and wiped the outside of the bottle). But the handsoap dispenser and the raised soap dish really weren't useful in their state, so now they can be pressed back into service.

Germane is iffy about her food again, so I'm not sure what to do about her pills. I want to get her back on Benedryl, as her stomach is bright pink and she has scratched a hole in her side. But if she's going to walk away from her food and think about it, and maybe eat it and maybe not, it's going to difficult to get the pill into her. I'm tempted to just throw out the restricted food thing, as it has not protected her from allergic reactions or digestive problems and cook something for her.

I think that this is it for me for today:
Monday
Cleaned up after dog
Put on a pot of coffee
Realized that I should use the SADD light while CUOP
Cleaned it
Tried to plug it in
Realized that I shipped the power bar back with my work equipment and that the plug is not reachable without some major reorganizing
Packed the light away again
Set up new procrastaccomplishments list
Updated goals
Renewed library materials: One cannot be renewed
Checked weather: raining. No walk for dog.
Damp-dusted bedroom, entertainment centre, dog’s pen, office area, dining area
Started gunky soap things soaking
Washed them off and put them back together.
Left the last one to keep soaking
Wiped down radio and packed it
Finished filling box to bring to basement
That set off the sinuses to drain, so took half an hour off to cough and blow my nose
Checked the last soap dish that was soaking. Scrubbed it and put it in the drying rack.
Cleaned up after dog
Dusted items taken out of House Supplies box
Finished box for basement and loaded it on handtruck

Good night, all.
