What have you accomplished so far today?

It's sunny and it's COLD here. Right now it's minus 12 C with wind gusts up to 60 KMH. I have a long sleeved thermal undershirt under my hoodie today.

PSW is expected "around" 10:45.

Dh was up just after 6, ready for his coffee because he insisted that he had to "blow out the driveway." When the sun came up, he looked out and said "the driveway is clear". I guess all that wind we had last night cleared the snow.

I've already sprayed Febreeze all around and there are 2 bags of garbage at the back door. I have to do all 3 litter boxes. I need to bring more litter into the house.

LucyL. Control Z reverses the last action so you can undo what you just did if you loose stuff. At least on mine it does that.

Today I was up at 4:30. Looks foggy / cloudy out its like the 5th day in a row of that.
A bit warmer than it was this weekend. We were supposed to get some sun yesterday
but nope that did not happen.

I have to take trash can to the street waiting for day light to do that however. X
A heater I've had for eons gave up the ghost this past week.
Glad I'd already gotten a replacement one.

Learning new stuff on my yt channel as they are changing stuff up.

I need to figure out scenes in a very long chapter I have is 3 or 4 times longer than the rest of them LOL!
I've been looking for it so glad I found it and that might be my "project" this week.

I have soup to take to freeze up and later on take downstairs to the basement.
I have been down stairs once to get mini muffins out and do a walk about.

Dh brought in a half bag of litter and now all 3 litter boxes are clean.

Dishwasher is empty.

Dh just lit the fire, so I'm going to sit in there and enjoy it.

I've done most of a.m. routine and am due at massage therapist in 30 min. Both of us usually run just a little late when I have a 10 a.m. appointment and he's 6 minutes away from here.

TA DA! Most of a.m. routine done. Not breakfast, not vitamins/supplements that I prefer to take with food, and not kitchen island clean up, which is best after breakfast anyway.

Good morning! Not too many accomplishments yet -- just my morning routine and coming here. Bitter cold here, about the same as Cathy, though our winds are not quite as bad; when I tell the app to show me the metric, gusts are listed as 42kph (8F, gusts 26mph). I do have to go out today -- apparently I didn't look at the weather forecast when I rescheduled my hair appointment from last week's snow day. I am the only one who has to go out; DH is working from home, and the college opening is delayed until after DC's class. This is the same class that they missed due to the snow day.

Wash, of course, after this. Since I'm not driving DC in to school, I've got a chunk of time available after that -- I will see what can be tackled from my list.

hello d Cathy - that is cold - what is the "feels like" temperature? it has to be even colder especially with the wind. We got the wind the last two days but it is quieter now. That wind brings the cold! Stay warm and safe!!!

I need and want to get here more often!

I am making cabbage rolls this morning, potatoes for mom, green beans for me.
our addition is on hold until the doors come and the heating/ac is put in.
the hole in the cement in the basement is bringing a lot of cold into our house.

mom has been off mentally but still with it - I know that sounds confusing. it is something she has been going through the last couple of days - starting with not sleeping for two days (a little sleep here and there but really not sleeping).
her strength is better.

throw a load of moms laundry in
make dinner early and tomato soup for mom
disappointed that the biscuits I made yesterday got drier - I thought that I would have two days for those.The biscuits were great last night but not this morning.

Just walking the pathways set up to direct my steps throughout the day. Hour by hour.

DD14 and DS17 successfully launched.

It was 19F this morning, so I put on my heavy coat to take DD14 to school. We have a sunny day that will warm up to mid 50's so I am looking forward to spending time outside later today. We have 2 more days of sunny 50+F temps before super cold weather arrives with temps below freezing for 100+ hours and prediction of 14" of snow. I am personally NOT looking forward to that but know nature works better with a winter reset.

DH got up 3 hours early to take the trash to the road. He now has a headache that I hope is from lack of sleep and not a prediction of another mental loss episode happening. I don't want to live in dread and fear so can only trust that we will get through whatever comes.

All 3 litter boxes were cleaned before she got here.

I'm going back into the living room to enjoy the fire. Nothing planned until supper time.
