Thanks, Lady Maverick. I’ve been stuck in a serious rut for a very long time, dealing with family issues and losing myself, so this is helping to “wake me up” now that I can focus on myself (and dh’s health). The Mardi Gras wings are nice, baked with a light seasoning coating so would eat again but not too soon. The peach heat was basically a breaded and fried huge wing with a jam poured over. Very heavy so not my preference. I do need to work on other things besides foods lol. I had planned on learning more crafts but foods are just a quick way to get a heart while I’m working on getting my house in order.
I enjoy feeding off of your discipline as well as the others here. I would wander away from my goal without this place.
Tried a new yogurt, Too Good, today.
I learned you don’t have to bake cornbread, I cooked it on the stovetop and it tastes the same. Cool on days you don’t want to use the oven.
