Sometimes it seems like I am failing more than succeeding. I'm going through a rough month with my weight and am trying not to get down on myself. So it is helpful to look back and see the positive changes that have been made in my H&F journey. In reviewing my data, I noticed the drastic improvement in daily steps from Feb 2025 to Feb 2026
Feb 2025 i walked an average of 3935 steps a day.
Feb 2026 my daily average is 7145 a day.
Note to self - progress not perfection. Just keep trying.
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.
Learn to sing & dance in the rain.
