I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 4 hearts

Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 9 hearts

Clear kitchen table once a day: 8 hearts

Calories <= 1300 - Minimize gluten

** Fitness - Moving a minimum of 250 steps an hour keeps me feeling limber and energized.
Hourly movement =>10

Well....well...well....decision time. I am averaging 1324 calories a day this month. About half the time I am over 1300 and about half the time I am below 1300.
Should I raise my calorie goal to 1400 so I can earn more gold stars?.......OR......should I become okay with trying and not meeting my goal everyday.........OR......should I accept that perfection isn't the goal and be thrilled with my consistent efforts?
