I have onions sprouting on the counter even though we have snow outside today.

I'm moving the pictures of our night blooming cereus here for easier viewing. We got the plant from my Uncle many years ago. It only blooms once a year and I'm always excited to see it. It depends on how much rain we get as to how many blooms we get.
Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible. --- Francis of Assisi

Lovely photos!
I have two tomatoes in pots on the deck that I bring in at nite so the deer won't eat them.
Have planted a yellow and green squash that have fruit on them, plus the plum tree is loaded
this year! Roses & iris are lovely in bloom this year now also.
We watered and mowed at the job site for dd they put sod in the front it looks good.
Swept up a bit of gravel, hosed off mud left from the various projects the completed last week.
