Snack:1/2 cookie
Lunch: bbq at home tky bacon cheese blt burger
Snack: Few Cookie bites few m&m's to keep blood sugar #'s up as I was mowing and
moving furniture.
Dinner: yogurt and green salad
then moving more furniture.

Wow, Nancy, that's great. You and OKay have both lost more than I have, but I am chasing you. We need to round Dee and lucylee up and tell them everybody who's posting in this thread is losing weight in June, so quick, come post!
So far today:
Breakfast: kale-apple-carrot-celery juice, 1.5 cups in 2 sittings
Lunch: protein soymilk smoothie with mixed berries, flaxseed oil
Supper: eggplant parmesan, 1/2 roll, big salad
Snack: crackers w/peanut butter

LOL! and this after I admit to a dessert supper! lucylee, at least you had a breakfast supper! Interestingly, I didn't gain from my strange day, so I feel like I have a reprieve and still have a chance to lose some by Tuesday a.m. check. There will be challenges, though, since a large tree fell on my ddad's power line and he's going to be underfoot here today.

These next two days have not been as good. Things are getting too hectic as we get closer to houseguests and party.
Yesterday I didn't record well, but lunch was chicken salad sandwiches.
Today was a protein shake, salad, pizza take out by HRH. Yikes, slipping.

Yesterday I made my homemade veggie juice again, but that will be the last time for a while. All kitchen counters are crowded with items HRH bought, working with list for their time here and list for making punch and some other things for shower. So I literally don't have space for juice making now.
Hamburger lunch. With slaw
What was supper? ... I know there was a big salad because I had my garlic sesame dressing rather than trying these new things. It is such a favorite.
Today I had protein shake breakfast.
I think that 3 pounds will be all I lose by calendar event, because I'll be too scattered now to keep up with efforts.
