I'm putting this recipe here for safe keeping.
Egg custard
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
dash of nut meg.
Whiz in blender & bake until center is set. I cooked mine in crock pot. Yummy for breakfast.
I finally got that to post on my blog and shared it with a friend that asked for it. I actually doubled that recipe except for the vanilla and nutmeg for the bigger crock pot this go round. With plenty of eggs it was a great use of them. I'm going to try it with Splenda next time but I"m out of Splenda at the moment.
