Well so far so good. I've only missed my morning vitamin once since I started. I am not sure but may it's helping. It will take time.

Laura, I think you're right, and it will take time for the supplements to build up in your body for you to notice a difference.

Lady M, you're amazingly conscientious with all your tracking!

The habit of a better bedtime routine is my H&F focus in May.
1__2⭐3⭐4⭐

Established healthy habits.
⭐Sleep = 7hr 24min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 304 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1273 calories, 38% protein
⭐Move my body = AM walks=4, PM walks=4 Exercises=4 in May, Average = 7384 steps, 13 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -.40% resulting in a total 12.78% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.
Learn to sing & dance in the rain.

Thank you for starting the month for us LadyM. I weighed while away, and did take on a pound or so. Little exercise, which is usually the case while away. Yes, I could have done long walks on the beach or gone to the big room overlooking the beach on the fourth floor to use their treadmill and weights, but I didn't. I don't usually exercise there.

So today I start back with the twice a week workouts and walking, especially walking the dog, lol.

The nine-year old PWYC "May the fourth" thread that LadyM linked yesterday was interesting. My Fitbit then registered "floors" and I was walking the hill near us also. Should do that to improve cardio but haven't.

Anyway, back on track, I hope.

I was a few minutes late doing last night's bedtime routine. The moment I realized it was past time then I got into action and made it happen. I know having a better bedtime routine is good for me and I want to do it........but it is not an easy habit for me to establish.

Better bedtime habits are still a huge struggle to establish. Silly but true....I talked myself into doing it last night so I could claim that gold star. :)
