Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in June. I will be posting daily progress in Sort, Tidy, Declutter thread.

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 32min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 336 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1176 calories, 37% protein
⭐Move my body in June = AM walks=5, PM walks=5 Exercises=5, 30-day average = 6976 steps, 12 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Better Bedtime routine during June = 5
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.30% resulting in a total 16.26% body weight removed since 7-5-2024

Flossing is a habit that is beginning to "sink in". The other one, not that much.

7 days, 7 stars. I want to stick to the don't-break-the-chain mindset for as long as I can.
