Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 32min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 336 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1176 calories, 37% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=5, PM walks=5 Exercises=5, 30-day average = 6976 steps, 12 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 5

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.30% resulting in a total 16.26% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
