Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. It involves proper bodily function, balanced nutrition, adequate rest, and mental resilience.
Fitness refers to the ability to perform physical activities efficiently, encompassing strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity. It’s achieved through regular exercise, like strength training, cardio, or yoga, tailored to individual goals.
Together, health and fitness create a foundation for a vibrant life. A healthy body supports mental clarity and emotional stability, while fitness enhances physical capability and energy levels.
This is the place where we share our efforts and thoughts on health and fitness.

It took me WAAAAAYYYY too long to settle on a habit for June. I decided to choose a habit that will reduce my stress and bring clarity. Right now it seems to be TOO BIG of a challenge when i look at all the areas that need to be decluttered. However, I intend to start with a small goal of making ONE decision and ONE action a day.
Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in May.

Established healthy habits =
Sleep = 7hr 39min average 30 days
Hydration = 120oz+
Cronometer = 331 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1177 calories, 37% protein
Move my body in June = AM walks=1, PM walks=? Exercises=1, 30-day average = 6352 steps, 12 hours with 250+ steps,
Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.05% resulting in a total 15.46% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Reviewing May data =
** Weight loss = It tied for the best weight loss month since i started tracking in July 2024. I lost 4.1 lbs in May.
** Moving my body every hour continue to increase (10 hours in March, 11 hours in April, 12 hours in May)
** Daily step count has decreased a bit over the last 2 months. I would like to see it around 7k daily average. Something to be aware of and work toward.
2025 Habits established and tracking -
January & February were increasing my step daily count
March - AM & PM walks
April - Daily Exercises
May - Better Bedtime
June = Declutter

I will put a win here I did notice improvement with the eye Vits. equate vision formula 50+ I take 2-3 times a week.
Spring valley Woman's Multi gummy & vit. c. 250 mg. ~ same company daily I take in the p.m.
and nail that had a strange bump is so much better as well.
We have walked got my steps in. 8K so far today.

For June I am continuing with my pelvic floor exercises, and recording my water consumption. My aim is still for 8 glasses a day.
Sunday 1st June:
I did my exercises - 1 heart

Hi everyone ! I'd be happy to join your group working on healthy habits.
I've been working on two habits those past few months but not always 100%. I want to try and do better during June.
habit 1 : daily floss
habit 2 : plevic floor exercises
I'm giving myself a star for doing both habits today.
I would love to work on a "dont-break-the-chain" mode... So, aiming for 30 stars in June !

I haven't been here much last month. Need to find my appointment list don't even know if I put it in may.
I've had some success with the iron and b12. Dh has been reminding me especially the iron at supper. The morning one is harder. I did good for a few weeks and then started being irregular. Miss a day. Take it next. Take it later than I should next. Miss it again. I really do think it helps. Even ds15 agreed 10000 times better at the lost spinning in circles. And I've been gardening a lot. Almost too much cause I overworked my shoulder some.
Outside more helps and I have been listening to inspirational podcasts and music on my Casper walks.
I do need to remember and check on the vacation schedule at work today. I got confirmation on my colonoscopy test for July. Only last time I needed the whole week off work. I hope there's not too many people off then .and if there is I will see on the prep call how hard it is to move. I don't wanna. Except I was supposed to do it in 3 years it's been 7. Oops.

Gradual solution for chronic pain
Keep up with my own appointments
Manage my thoughts and negative outlook
Healing from the physical mental spiritual burnout
Take my supplements no excuses
If it reacts badly figure out why and make changes
Appointments list
Book screening at website asap
Colonoscopy july 8 book a few days off
Nurse prep call june 4 pm
Book lab work repeat in 3 months
Need a referral to see my gynecologist surgeon again request at apt
What's ahead with asd testing -- apt rebook for may?? Waiting for reports
Counseling sessions??? Relevant? Still would like maybe different form
