Stayed on my eating plan, we got 13,000 steps, and drank all my water.
LAdyM… I eat a salad every day. One for lunch, which has chicken in it, and the second one at night when I have my protein.

I’m taking a moment to reflect on and celebrate the year-long journey I’ve been on to lose weight. One year ago today, I hit my "I've had it" moment and decided it was time to make some changes. It has been a year filled with learning, adjusting, and implementing new-to-me habits. What I'm doing may not be groundbreaking or flashy, but it's all about small, gradual, and consistent changes.
I didn't expect it to take this long, but I'm glad I started and stayed committed to it.

LadyM… wtg on a life time decision!
My scale moved a smidgen today. I’ll take it. A smidgen a day takes the weight away.

Old habits can easily come roaring back. I celebrated the one year of logging food by eating things that I normally don't. It was not a good idea for so many reasons! Within a few hours my finger joints were swollen & painful. The next morning the scales took a giant leap upward. It was emotionally, mentally, and physically draining.
Hum....how many times do I have to relearn this lesson?
I was eager to get back to my normal way of eating to bring relief to my body, energy level, emotions & mental clarity.

I spent the day yesterday with my friends at the beach. Tradition says someone brings donuts so I bought some on Sunday night. However, I did not eat any. I brought my healthy muffin instead while they all enjoy their donuts.
I also brought chicken salad to eat while we were there and drank two large bottles of Gatorade. Also drank a couple of bottles of water during the day.
When I got home from the beach sweetie wanted to go to Home Depot. I have to do all the driving now and it was the last thing I wanted to do but our favorite fast food place is right next to it so I agreed. I ordered a bunless hamburger with two patties on it and they messed up my order. All I got was two hamburger patties no lettuce no tomato. So I ate that and drank a diet soda which I normally don’t do.
Have no idea how many steps I got in yesterday, but I did a lot of swimming while we were in the ocean. My friends like to float around with these pool chairs, but I prefer to hang out with them while treading, water and swimming.

Very interesting to read what you eat Ramblinrose. I think we all have different eating habits and also very different days, from one day to the next. I never had a food log or anything but sometimes I wonder what people would think of me if they knew what I eat
I'm still on my "dont-break-the-chain" momentum, but I don't think the "daily 2 minute of strength training" can be done every day for a long time. You need new parts of the body to work on when the last ones are still sore, for one thing. You need to find moves you can actually do for two minutes in a row (or in several shorter "bursts"), so forget squats, planks, lunges if you're a beginner or almost beginner like me... I'll try and stick to it for July, but I think strength training is a habit that can't be a daily habit. And hence, a harder habit to create.
7 days :
1. Pelvic floor :

☆☆ 7
2. Flossing daily : ☆☆☆☆☆ ✮✮ 7
3. 2 mns strength training during the day : ✮✮✮✮✮
