Tough day yesterday with Sweetie…
Last night I ended up 5 cookies, but threw away almost two full packs of cookies into the garbage. Sweetie can’t any eat them and I don’t want them around calling my name

Good morning, all! I'm going to jump in here. The last few years have been pretty tough trying to stay consistent. I'll just start out with what my intentions are for today/
LM ~ Is pathways an official plan somewhere or something you are developing for you?
• gym - :30 treadmill and some weights
• evening exercise: planks, push ups, squats - primary back stretch - rebounder - going up & down backwards on the stairs for balance (new).

I am so very thankful for establishing the pathways. Yesterday my world was shaken while dealing with DH memory problems. However, having the cards established gave me a firm path to follow while everything else was topsy-turvy. IYKWIM.
Smile Lee - it is great to see you posting here. The pathways are just a name I gave to grouping SHE cards and assigning them a time, place or reason for doing them. It makes it easier for me to follow them by groups through my day. Just stepping along the yellow brick road theory.

I have failed 2x
I did not do the 15 min. on stat bike last nite
yesterday was a big day and I got 10K steps in so I'm okay with not doing that add on to my routine.
I was not able to do the balance on one foot and heal lift this morning starting small
also a new add on in the morning from the Dr. apt. yesterday.
I am emotionally wiped out after a hard stick of a blood draw that brought up some stuff
from my life flight a number of years ago. Also bruised and sore at the elbow. Dang!
Shoulder is sore today. Taking it easy with a stretch.
I gave up on wts. 10 lbs too much need to get back on Track with 5 lb. one
I have shopping to do not sure if or when as I was out yesterday do not want to stay home today however
not all the places are open yet.

Lady M ~ I do that - hook things together. In the past, I've named it SOP - military term for standard operating procedure. I've tried going by the seat of my pants - and then things pile up on me.
Made it to the gym: :30 on the treadmill and various machines for an all over workout. Everything is light since I'm getting back into it.
Healthy food - morning shake - a salad with quinoa, arugula, etc.
