Monday: I've done my exercises - 12 hearts

6 glasses of water yesterday - 5 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was not enough water, especially as we had baked ham for lunch which tends to be salty, and I woke with keg cramps in the night. :oops: I need to make better choices today!

The habit of a better bedtime routine is my H&F focus in May.
1__2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐9⭐10⭐11⭐

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 32min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 311 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1213 calories, 38% protein
⭐Move my body = AM walks=11, PM walks=9 Exercises=11 in May, Average = 7052 steps, 12 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -.67% resulting in a total 13.13% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.
Learn to sing & dance in the rain.

Yikes almost half the month gone and I forgot to come here. I am getting better at taking supplements. Most days. Just don't forget now. Iron seems to be successful at supper. I missed it yesterday cause I was not home.

Need to edit my appointment list as most of it is done and more coming.

Health priorities

Gradual solution for chronic pain
Keep up with my own appointments
Manage my thoughts and negative outlook
Healing from the physical mental spiritual burnout
Take my supplements no excuses
If it reacts badly figure out why and make changes


Appointments list

Book screening at website asap
Book lab work repeat in 3 months
Wait for call back from gc
Call back from other testing
Book chiropractor
Book massage appointment
Mom neurologist zoom tomorrow?
Dad monthly check up with dr now he's seen him the first time

My weight has been steady the last month, although I've taken the Zepbound faithfully. I might need to increase calories or eat better, or hold my mouth the right way. I continue with two workouts a week, although next week is only one and week after only one.

So it goes.
