Move my body in June = AM walks=7, PM walks=6 Exercises=8, 30-day average = 6509 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps,
Better Bedtime routine during June = 8
Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.25% resulting in a total 15.86% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
