Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in June. I will be posting daily progress in Sort, Tidy, Declutter thread.
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 22min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 338 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1183 calories, 36% protein
⭐Move my body in June = AM walks=7, PM walks=6 Exercises=8, 30-day average = 6509 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Better Bedtime routine during June = 8
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.25% resulting in a total 15.86% body weight removed since 7-5-2024

I did my exercises - 10 hearts

Yesterday I drank 6 glasses of water - 4 hearts

Like most things in life, there is an ebb and flow. There are highs and lows.
I can see my numbers slowly sliding in the wrong direction. The slide is from multiple small things not happening because I am distracted by other things......a missed AM walk, not eating well, ignoring bedtime, etc
What seems like insignificant OOPs or lack of actions occasionally doesn't have much effect. However, when the lack of action & poor decisions start repeating then the combination can compound and take me in a direction I don't want to go.
I need to up my game by paying attention to the details.

Actually I usually update my number of stars in the evening just after brushing / flossing my teeth and just before laying in bed for the pelvic floor exercises. So I grant myself that star before I do the habit. But it seems to work well, I feel like I have no choice but to do the habit - it's like a promise - so I'll continue this way.

FFB, I'm glad you've found a way that works for you!. I usually do my pelvic floor exercises first thing in the morning, and report on yesterday's success (or not!) with drinking water.
