Things weren’t working, so I made a small change, and it seems to be helping. It’s such a tiny adjustment!
I decided to eat a serving of eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese with fruit/vegetables before anything else. Once I’ve had those three meals, I treat myself to something —just a little indulgence I don’t have every day. Yesterday I had fried chicken tenderloin as a treat. There's nothing quite like the sweet satisfaction of earning a reward!
