Harriet ~ I dropped T-Tapp for a long time. After doing it exclusively for about 10 years, I was burnt out and bored with it. I enjoy doing a variety of kinds of exercises like weights, power plate, & cardio. BUT -- there is a gap of balance and stretching, which I feel a lot more in my older years, so I'm starting to ncorporate T-Tapp back in.

This weeks check in:
• Made it to the gym 3 times
• Did evening ex 4 times

Will try to be more specific, detailed, and consistent in posting this week.

P.s... I'd like to lose 10 pounds

I've done my exercises for today: 10 hearts

I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 6 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️
I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 10 hearts

Quick update, as Nov 11th is a national holiday and I have time.

As of yesterday night :
Daily floss : x✓✓✓✓ ✓x✓✓✓
Daily pelvic floor habit : ✓✓x✓x x✓✓✓✓
Daily strength training : x✓x✓x ✓✓x✓x
No sugar before 4 pm xx✓✓✓ xx✓✓✓
No screens after 10 pm ✓✓✓xx xxx✓x - Considering a different aim : 10.30pm
A general sense of discipline : ✓✓✓✓✓ ✓✓✓✓✓

Yesterday
• planks
• squats
• push ups
• PBS
• rebounder
• up & down stairs backwards for balance. It was pretty scary when I first started doing it a couple of weeks ago. I'm still not great at it but it's getting more comfortable.
