I've done my exercises for today: 15 hearts

I drank 5 glasses of water yesterday: 9 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 15 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sit to stand 5 repetitions ( I've further reduced to 5 repetitions on advice from a friend who knows about these things, as my back / hip is still painful-) I managed this yesterday: 9 hearts

I ended up with 67K steps for the week that ended on Saturday, whenever that was! Top day in the city was 14K, I had another day with nearly 13K, then most the time around 10K. Would have been crazy to get to 70K on the week but I'm good. My body is feeling it, and today, although at home, is going to be busy.

Weight up significantly. My scale that records weight from Bluetooth to iPad asked if I was sure it was me. :lol: We certainly did do a lot of eating and drinking. Expect weight to come down once better hydrated and back to old eating ways, lol.

This week just need to eat well and keep moving. I have a workout again on Thursday, then will workout the next two Mondays, and then back to the twice a week schedule.

You guys are all doing great. Kittykatt, I was thinking of you when I got up from a low chair in our room!
