The habit of a better bedtime routine is my H&F focus in May.
1__2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐9⭐10⭐11⭐12⭐13⭐14⭐15⭐16⭐17⭐18⭐

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 29min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 318 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1160 calories, 40% protein
⭐Move my body = AM walks=18, PM walks=15 Exercises=18 in May, Average = 6990 steps, 12 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -1.24% resulting in a total 15.59% body weight removed since 7-5-2024

I slipped and fell this morning as I was getting out of the shower. The surprise & shock of finding myself lying wet & nude on the floor was not an experience I want to repeat. Thankfully, I don't appear to have broken anything. I will be reevaluating the safety features in my bathroom.

I took it easy yesterday after the fall. There doesn't seem to be any long-term effect from it. I have a sore right shoulder and a cut on my right foot but those will hopefully quickly resolve themselves.

Mon. 10K steps
Tues. 10K steps
Wed. 51 steps short of 10K is okay with me! Pretty sure I went to the basement with out being counted once b/c phone was on the charger. :lol:
Thurs. 8K stpes
Fri. 9K+ steps
Sat. 7K steps
Sun. 8K. steps

I try to keep my focus on monthly averages and ignore the day-to-day numbers. It takes a week or more to make enough of a change (good or bad) to make a difference in the monthly numbers. Last month my numbers were the worst since I started tracking in July 2024. By focusing on the monthly average, I was able to keep going and not get so discouraged that I quit. This month the numbers are much better, so I am glad I pushed through the less successful month and continued.
