Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 31min average 30 days

I try to keep my focus on monthly averages and ignore the day-to-day numbers. It takes a week or more to make enough of a change (good or bad) to make a difference in the monthly numbers. Last month my numbers were the worst since I started tracking in July 2024. By focusing on the monthly average, I was able to keep going and not get so discouraged that I quit. This month the numbers are much better, so I am glad I pushed through the less successful month and continued.
