Developing a declutter habit is my H&F focus in June. I will be posting daily progress in Sort, Tidy, Declutter thread.
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐9__10__11__12⭐12__13_

Established healthy habits =
⭐Sleep = 7hr 30min average 30 days
⭐Hydration = 120oz+
⭐Cronometer = 345 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1190 calories, 35% protein
⭐Move my body in June = AM walks=12, Exercises=14, PM walks=11, 30-day average = 6213 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps,
⭐Better Bedtime routine during June = 12
⭐Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -2.13% resulting in a total 16.26% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
Stay motivated. Success loves persistence.
Learn to sing & dance in the rain.

Monday:
I did my exercises - 16 hearts

Yesterday I drank 6 glasses of water - 7 hearts

I am not doing well with being consistent in developing a declutter habit this month. I knew this would be a difficult habit to establish and was very hesitant to select it as my habit to focus on. I have already decided that it will be the habit that I focus on next month too. I am determined to try....try...try again until I get it established.
Although I haven't made progress in sq footage decluttering & deep cleaning, I have been daily tweaking the refrigerator organization and food system that I use. I am incredibly pleased how well it is coming together. I have some things ordered to help with the refrigerator organization and keeping everything clean. Once those items arrive and are in place I think it will be done. Keeping food supplied for the family is a huge part of my daily doings and having it streamlined feels like a win.

Lady Maverick, food is so important. I wish I had a daily routine for dealing with leftovers, preparing food ahead and such. (Maybe in a few months!)

17 out of 30. The flossing habit is ingrained by now (working on it for so many months).
The other one is not. But so important for me ! I can feel the difference in my daily life when I'm doing it daily... :roll:
