It has been one week since I changed my protein %. That modification to the way I eat has brought nothing but good results. I don't pay any attention to carbs or fats. I am fearful of trying to establish a restrictive mindset that might cause me to rebel. I solve that by keeping my focus on protein and letting everything else (carb & fats) be whatever happens.
I am curious....my hip pain has almost disappeared during the same time frame that I have focused on protein %. Is that a coincidence or cause/effect? hum...
