Lady Maverick, I have not tried an online dietician. Did use one in person and she wasn’t any help so I quit. Hope this is fruitful for you.

Another quick update. I'm doing rather well. I can't do daily strength training but aiming for as many sessions as I can.
No screens time : I set the limit at 10.30 or it was too frustrating. usually the kids are finally in bed around 9.30 which is the start of my "me time".

As of yesterday night :
Daily floss : x✓✓✓✓ ✓x✓✓✓ ✓✓✓✓✓
Daily pelvic floor habit : ✓✓x✓x x✓✓✓✓ ✓✓xx✓
Daily strength training : x✓x✓x ✓✓x✓x x✓x✓x
No sugar before 4 pm xx✓✓✓ xx✓✓✓ ✓✓✓✓x
No screens after 10 pm ✓✓✓xx xxx✓x - Considering a different aim : 10.30pm ✓✓x✓x
A general sense of discipline : ✓✓✓✓✓ ✓✓✓✓✓ ✓✓✓✓✓

Hmm... my screen time is something I should consider. I’m less worried about how much time I spend on screens and more focused on how I’m using that time. I am currently watching the videos made by Ideas to thrive and I consider that a good use of my screen time because I get positive feedback and it encourages me to improve. On the other hand, the mindless shows & movies I stream don’t give me the same sense of satisfaction. hum.....

Today marks Day 500 since I made my health a top priority and began tracking everything I eat. July 5, 2024, was the day I reached my “enough is enough” moment. I’ve lost 32.8 lbs during this time and have learned to analyze my personal data and understand the causes and consequences of what I put into my body.

Wow, that's amazing, LM! I agree with Bama. YGG! I'm great at making a plan, carrying it through into long term maintenance - not so much.

I made it to the gym this morning.
