Established healthy habits =

Sleep = 7hr 36min average 30 days

Hydration = 120oz+

Cronometer = 352 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 30-day average = 1200 calories, 34% protein

Move my body in June = AM walks=17, Exercises=21, PM walks=15, 30-day average = 5595 steps, 10 hours with 250+ steps,

Better Bedtime routine during June = 19

Weight loss is at an average 30-day pace of -1.67% resulting in a total 16.40% body weight removed since 7-5-2024
After 3 days of greatly reduced movement and being extremely careful of my posture & watching my foot action when taking a step...... the hip pain has returned. It is in a different area than before. I don't think I have wasted my time, effort and focus over the past 3 days because I have learned much. AND because I have tried everything that I can think of to do, I am more open to hearing what the doctor recommends tomorrow.
