Life got in the way for many of us last month with a vow to post regularly.
Post in any form you want. Post daily or weekly. It can be as simple as I was on course or detailed - your choice.
I am simplifying what I post. If I need to get more detailed I can.

This is my eat healthy month.
I started yesterday with a good breakfast of cereal and fruit, lunch was soup, dinner was simmered apple and english muffin, and snacks were roasted tomatoes, frozen grapes and goldfish.
Summary (goal) actual

fat (4) 1 fat
dairy (3) 1 milk
fruit (5) 4 fruit
veg (5) 1 vegetable
Not a good start because I was short in the important things like vegetables. milk, and protein.
Today I'll work on vegetables, milk and protein.

still at 25 down.. I had gained a few pounds and are back down again. I really need to focus as my body is trying to stay at this weight.
today: I am really hungry and yesterday I forgot about diet as I need to do that sometimes
am: plain oatmeal, grapefruit
snack: 90 cal/ cottage cheese 4oz snack size: finding that if I buy the larger cottage cheese I will eat the whole thing.

Last`night`I`totally`bombed`out...
I`was`out`late`and`others`there`were`putting`in`for`pizza.
Local`store`was`shut`so`someone`had`a`30k`round`trip`to`get`it.
Anyway...My`hand`went`in`my`purse`and`I`ate`5`pieces.
Not`great`when`nothing`on`it`passes`for`my`eating`regiem/intollerances/coeliac`etc.
Not`the`gluten/dairy/topping/processed`meat/sausage.
the`pineapple`would`have`been`least`objectionable.
Came`home`had`glass`of`enos...(antiacid`etc)
today`not`eating`the`best/enough.(morning`drink;cereal`w`seeds`nuts`dried`apricots;`apple)
Need`go`make`thick`vege`soup`with`small`can`of`beans`for`dinner.`
I`have`a`corn`cob...`will`throw`that`in`as`well.
Will`add`more`chai`seeds....they`seem`to`do`something`to`keep`everything`moving..

August proved that I can do this. That confidence is something I didn't have when I started. I learned SO MUCH in August.
September proved that I have to keep my health (which includes What I eat) at a higher priority. No matter what is going on in my life and how many things are pulling at me for attention, I have the choice to eat healthy....or not. Making good food choices really does not take more time or effort than eating cr*ppy food, but it does take establishing new habits and a bit of planning ahead until those habits are comfortable.
So - here I go again.

a good day - could have been better if I could have eaten all at home instead of one drive-through item (saving probably 100 empty calories), and if I'd cut back a little on the rice and creamed spinich, but they were reasonable choices.
