Nancy...work up to it and don't try to do them all at once..Like 10 when you brush your teeth, 10 when you make your breakfast, 10 at lunch, 10 during a tv commercial and then 10 while you fix your dinner and you'll make 50 in no time
Yesterday was an off day for me. I just wasn't feeling well. My stomach was off for sure and I was dizzy at times so I just took it easy. I did get in over 6K steps and stayed on my eating plan. Also drank most of my water.
Feeling better today. Went to class and came home then went to my coffee gathering. They always have donuts my favorite, but I really had to talk myself into making my healthy muffin and taking it with me. Sugar is my falling point. After the meeting we stuffed plastic eggs with candy. I decided to eat 2 little packs of Smarties...teeny tiny things with only 4 in each package.
Already have most of my water in and 7K steps. Will walk after dinner and that should get me my 10K.
