Today  freezer lite is working again.
I got it empty and am defrosting it so that means extra steps to the basement to check on that
every 2 hours or so.

My brain is exercising more than my body these days. Probably need to rebalance that! But mental gymnastics are good for us.

Nancy, I meant to tell you that yes, I have seen the titles of videos about the Barry get-up so now I know I can find them.

It is a little thing, but I'm pleased that I've reached the Ides of March without having any caloric drink in 2024, except for the almond creamer in one daily coffee.

March is a month without dr's appts for me, but April will have a long day of more than one at once.

Did my steps today mostly indoors doing laundry up and down that stairs.
Did walk around the block with the ddoggo.
My healthy habit this month is wall push ups, doing them against the washers the past two days I
can feel it that is a good thing!

Nancy ….I do your wall exercises on my bathroom and kitchen counter…especially while I’m waiting for my coffee to brew.

I’m doing a diet bet again. Started last week and need to loose 7 lbs in a month. We have a weigh in tomorrow for a raffle prize.

Yesterday I had 14k+ steps and so far today 11+k steps.

Eating no sugar and low carbs

Staying on my eating plan, getting my water one huge gulp at a time. Have my water bottle sitting on my kitchen counter and take a big gulp every time I pass it.

Did 75 of Nancy’s push up on my kitchen counter while listening to my rock and roll. Needed 2500 steps to meet my 10k daily goal before 7pm so set out for a walk in our community.

Left at 7500 steps and came home at 11+knsteps. Great music does that for me.

Had to take a shower cause I was wet from sweat. Also had to wash my bug spray off that I put on before I left for my walk. All the bugs around here see me and go … bite, bite, bite her!!! Now I don’t leave home with out it.

Nancy...work up to it and don't try to do them all at once..Like 10 when you brush your teeth, 10 when you make your breakfast, 10 at lunch, 10 during a tv commercial and then 10 while you fix your dinner and you'll make 50 in no time :D

Yesterday was an off day for me. I just wasn't feeling well. My stomach was off for sure and I was dizzy at times so I just took it easy. I did get in over 6K steps and stayed on my eating plan. Also drank most of my water.

Feeling better today. Went to class and came home then went to my coffee gathering. They always have donuts my favorite, but I really had to talk myself into making my healthy muffin and taking it with me. Sugar is my falling point. After the meeting we stuffed plastic eggs with candy. I decided to eat 2 little packs of Smarties...teeny tiny things with only 4 in each package.

Already have most of my water in and 7K steps. Will walk after dinner and that should get me my 10K.
