20 minutes more, finished vacuuming master bedroom & bath, and did a little "focus" vacuuming in the closet.

Beginning to waver on some of the stuff I put in the thrift store boxes... wondering if ddil would like some of those tops -- they are very nice, but (IMHO) too tight on me. Then I think, nooo... ddil would think they were outdated or something... she did not approve of my dress choice for ddad's funeral, suggested I stick w/skirt/top... she does not approve of me wearing men's Wrangler jeans, LOL... * sigh *
NEED TO GET THAT STUFF OUT OF THE HOUSE IN A HURRY!!!

When one is retired, one has less need for nice, work-suitable clothes, BUT -- one cannot just discard ALL dressy, professional clothing.
* sigh *

Editing to add -- re: stuff (hair) winding around the brush of the carpet attachment -- OH MY --
hair is much less frightening than the iPhone charger cord. Yep. Wound the entire 3 feet cord around the brush before I could get the vacuum turned off. :o  :o Unwound it -- waiting to see if it still works.

Wanted to check in and say hello to everyone. I haven't really been busy this week, but was out a couple of times this week for errands. We also went to sign dh up for P.T. which will start next week. We have a stack of paperwork to fill out and take back with us.

I'm happy for Kathryn & Ken being able to meet up with ds and getting to see all his favorite places. Sydney is a beautiful city.

Lynlee, the singapore daisy is a pretty flower; too bad it spreads so easily where it is not wanted. My ddad would never plant morning glories because he said they were invasive, but I think they are a beautiful flower too!

((Twins')) I'm so sorry for all the issues you are having with your dmom along with taking care of dsis. That's really spreading your care taking thin.

Dee, I'm sorry for the loss of your family friend.

BookSaver, Lilac, Helia, Blessedw2, Harriet, Elizabeth, Dove, Sadie, OKay and others who I'm sure are in the snow and ice --- stay safe if you have to venture out. Our weather here was warm, in the 70s, but cloudy and humid. We have had fog here at night for a few nights; this afternoon desktop weather radar showed thunderstorms headed our way around 5:30 pm, but so far nary a drop. Guess it all just fizzled away.

Dee, WTG on figuring out email/pw for dh's kindle.

((Sadie)), that surely is not good treatment you received. That dr. must not have much respect for his patients.

Waving to Harmony,Ivy, Lucy, Nancy. Nice to see that MT was able to check in.

I think I need a cup of tea!

Turned all my clothes again -- just left the dresses and the questionable tops in there for the time being, at one end, with a clothespin on the first item to mark that spot. DH came home from ds's house and said, "Are you moving out???"
LOL!!!

Restacked sweaters, leaving open space so I can see which sweaters I wear over the next year, or two, or 2.5.

Bagged up a bunch of shoes.

I'm kinda tired now, LOL.

Hope everything goes well w/dh's PT, Sunny!

Oh -- apparently my phone charger still works! :D

Editing -- at approx. 1:00 a.m.

Culled 64 old newspapers -- saved for Sudoku puzzles back in the day before my iPhone --

Put all the thrift store bags/boxes back in the closet, so they won't be sitting out in the middle of the bedroom floor...

Culled 1 journal, wrote ds a cover letter saying "Please don't judge me to harshly and don't let anyone read any of this if they don't really love me..."
I wrote, also, "I don't know why I wrote all this down, except maybe b/c I'm such a frustrated novelist, and I wanted to remember everything. Sometimes writing helped me think out a problem. But then of course, I'd be terrified that someone would read it and I'd be sooo embarrassed."

DH told me to please sit down and just RELAX and not bring him anything else to do, since he felt compelled to make those 64 newspapers fit into the present recycling bag.

WHERE did all this energy come from???

Hi again! It's 1 am where I am. I have done my crochet with the Doctor and followed up with some filing and collecting and uploading info. I have also written my list for tomorrow, done cat care and me care. I think I will play one game of computer scrabble, while a LOL washes. Then, I will throw it in the dryer and go to bed!

G'night all!

PS: Ensure was recommended to me by a nutritionist while I was pregnant. They were trying to get as much calories into me as possible, because I was losing weight due to a gallbladder issue. She also recommended Froot Loops!
