Yeah,
Kathryn! Dressed for the day might be later, but it's better than not dressing at all!
Lilac &
Dee, I don't know if you have the "bra problem" I do, but my Dsis has it, too, b/c of her shoulder. Regular bra straps dig into the shoulder after awhile. What is a gal to do?

Well, if you don't want to go bra-less, an athletic bra with the X-straps in back are GR8- but after much research on the Internet, I've found the perfect solution AND my Dsis has done it for years!

The Barely There bra by Bali comes 2 to a pkg., mine was 1 white, 1 beige, but I'm sure there may be some black ones, too. They're VERY lightweight, lighter weight than an athletic bra, have an "X" strap crossing in back, no hooks, no underwire, no constricting, the straps don't dig in, but IF your shoulder gets sore, all you need to do is "tuck" the strap into the cup to make a 1-strap bra OR a strapless bra. They hug the breast, giving what I believe IS support. I'm dealing with breast trauma right now, was wearing my athletic bra, was doing housework and YIKES! My bra shoulder straps were digging in the upper back and shoulders, so I changed into my Barely There bra and feel so wonderful and comfy, yet supported, too. So if either of you have the shoulder v. s. bra strap dig-in pain or discomfort, you "might" want to try the Barely There bras. I believe they're sold in stores, in bra dept.'s and are common there, but I got mine on-line. After the testimony by a woman who tried out various bras, after her rotator cuff surgery, I was sold and am so grateful she posted her review on bras. My Dsis has had several Dr.'s tell her and lingerie salesladies tell her how good the Barely Bra is for women, too. Just a tip.
I put 2 yarn totes away, dust mopped the house, washed 4 mirrors, 4 sinks, 3 bathroom counters, and the outsides of toilet tanks and the bottom outer bowls on the toilets. In the master bathroom, on the left side, facing the shower, I found a bit of black mold on the tank, but it cleaned up easily. I'm doing lol and will do towels tomorrow, so they're fresh. I found out that the ARC pick-up date will be Thurs. the 26th, while dgson-17 is here, but we'll move the boxes to the entry way after Father's Day, before dgson comes on the 22nd, so he has more room for his stuff in the Bunny Room. The entry way is wide, has a long table DH made in 8th grade, which looks like a Frank Lloyd Wright table, it's gorgeous and 2 folding chairs are there, too. Right now, I've got a box with handles full of books, to return/loan to DD on Father's Day, which are on the table. I'm going to go rest, I ache now, and DH doesn't like me over-doing as soon as he leaves the house. So I'll listen to my master and go sit down now. I'm so happy I've gotten a lot done, it feels good, and this way, very little will hit us this afternoon or on Saturday all day, and Sunday a.m. It feels good to do a Conga.
It's so stormy here, gusty winds in the high timber trees, dark, gloomy, and raining.... It might be gloomy outdoors- but it's happy in my heart and sunny in my mind, too.
