Lilac, I'm so glad it wasn't any worse than that, and also so sorry you were up in the night with a low at all. Hope we hear that you are feeling better each day.
Cathy, yes, yes take a photo of all that - it sounds like an interesting lesson in novel ways of looking at space, at the very least. Glad to hear you are satisfied with the stagers. Wonder if they got a lot of jobs at the same price range and similar times, if buyers would start noticing their same furnishings.
SheWolf, welcome. The last time you and I posted together, I believe I had the handle ~Harriet~, back when many were using punctuation to get to use a handle that wasn't already taken on WebForums. I want to go and read your post in Cafe.
lucylee, the recessional is important, too, and it could be someone stood up and paid better attention for a few moments than they would have otherwise! Yes, that is an uplifting congregational.
We have had a very off-kilter day. First, dd15 and I were so tired from the trip that we overslept, which was fine except that HRH's old assistant wanted to drop by today to talk shop and complain, get some advice (he is now in HRH's former position managing that plant). He came earlier than expected (though thankfully I had myself together). Then he stayed much later than expected, sitting right in the middle of my house.
Most of his problems, btw, had to do with chocolate! That seems funny or trivial, and in fact I assured them both that chocolate never caused problems!
Power outages seemed to take up the rest of the day. Every time I decided on a bright plan or project, the power would go out. Sigh. In total we only spent 2 hours without power today, but it was unpredictable. Storms brought a limb down on our driveway as well. Chickens and Tobias were upset. A very strange day.
