Hello, fellow ... um ... cardees? cardists? card fans? flippers? what do we call ourselves?
I'm trying to get caught up on daily & weekly cards so I can make my way to a Focus area.
I started that new style of Focus thread for August and have not been back to it myself since the first post.
Laundry card is up next, must put a load of towels into the washer and then go to the P.O. to pick up mail.
I am just doing random stuff if I see something I do that. Got the main bathroom floor swept and mopped. Baked cookies with dgd. Trash cans are back in from the curb lunch is done.
my d mom broke her elbow yesterday falling in front of my house - thank Goodness it isn't anything worse
dd older took my d mom to the hospital and took great care of her.
yesterday I was gone all day. appointments and dd younger sailing and visit d friends
today.. ah today... we have to go to office max for school supplies and last minute items and putting like things together for dd youngers dorm room
I have to be back on healthy eating as we have been going out to eat and vacationing.

Omm: I have to pay attn to the deck. Made a nice lunch for the grands but the bees drove them back inside. This am it is cooler and they are not so bad. Trying to decide if I need to sweep or hose it off.

I did get the deck & patio, outdoor kit. I Swept and spiffed up then wind came and needs done all over again.
I am doing sheets now. X

I have a plan for dinner. X

I got the last of the light colored fiber spun in to singles and it is ready to ply up now.
Left overs for dinner tonight.
Laundry is going. Folded what was dry.
Turn on dish washer up soon as I am done posting this.
Spagitti Squash cooking in the oven now.

I need to take out chick rations in a bit and open the top of the coop to let in light as it warms up.
From Basic Weekly Plan thread posts, I'm thinking blessed took ddyounger to college yesterday.
Big changes with school starting back for lots of us, I imagine.
Dd's friend's mother was telling dd that when she had a sleepover she needed to respect that friend's family was now going to bed at 9:30 at night, no excuses, to be ready for school to start Monday. I liked that! Glad to know it.
That bday cake for bday I mentioned at first of month is almost due. I'll need to get on that task. It is a very important 90th birthday cake!
