Aug. Cards 2014

It's classic and it works for you: the original home organization card file.

Blessed if it were me I would be in thst room as much as possible and not let someone else run. Rough shod over me. They can go hang out at the library, coffee shop, sub, common or other room; you are the ones who paid for the daughters room so she could study sleep shower and live. Not some free loader boyfriend really? I cannot believe that is happening.

Wow. Blessed, I just saw this post about all your dd (and all of you) are dealing with. My goodness! I'd be upset too. Can't add to Harriet's excellent advice... Just hang in there and don't give in. Lawyer citing "religious beliefs" sounds like a good place to start! Wow. (((Hugs)))

I wish I could tell you all the stuff that is happening with this person. The colleges want the students to handle things themselves, which I have agreed with to a point, but I do think it is time for us to step in if there isn't a resolution after next week. She is flying home today for the weekend so hopefully she can regroup before dealing with the next week.

Thank you everyone. If it hadn't been dd younger saying this, and also meeting this girl myself, I probably would think this was an exaggeration; but this has definitely been one of those experiences where you can't believe it's happening. Dd has definitely learned early about red tape.

time for work out
eye doctor appointment
etc.

yeah on your work dear Nancy!

Time for EOM REVIEW how did you do?
Health good. / Go back to food med. Log.
Declutter only moderate improvement.
Spiritual focus could use some better focus.

wonderful - d nancy... nice job!

myself:
Learning experience: August I didn't list my spending so I have no idea what I did... I wanted to see how I would do without keeping a tight track of things... it would take me days to catch up now for August.. note to self: do it as I was before\

Same with exercise - If I did it daily in August I would be one step closer to feeling better.

Pluses: I got some decluttering done
I helped dd younger get ready for college and take her there
helped dd older with her health
d mom has been feeling better

did some visiting. lovely
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Good idea to review, Nancy.

I have some thoughts for transition to Sept - like blessed, I had some record keeping that fell by the wayside. Oh well, if we have some trouble because we're not recording, that's what gets us back to it!
