since school started here which means i am back to work, i have been so tired and feet really hurting its all i can do to get dinner on the table, i have 2 mornings a week where i come straight home by 8:30 a.m. and can get some dishes done, i have to be back no later than 10:00 A.m. the other 3 morning i go to an exercise class can only do about 1/2 of the class same problem need to be back for first recess.
its been a hectic start to school we also have a new principal which i really like but learning her ways is proving hard old habits die hard.

I'm curious. 
Some people shouldn't push "send" on their email until they've thought it through first. Does this lady take offense at others a lot, too? Is it a pattern with her? I see where you're trying to just instruct her on how it's just the way it is and were businesslike, but it doesn't sound like she took it that way. Maybe she's just having a bad day or tends to take things personal anyway. I hope it blows over. 
Some people are just "problem people" and there's nothing we can do to change that or them, except try to change our own attitude towards them, which sometimes works. I know it's been said if you get angry at somebody else, you're giving them power over you, too.
