get rugs cleaned
thanksgiving decorations up and halloween down
all garden pots inside
cover furniture and take in umbrella

November 1 (November 2 - now that october is over - pull my spending together and check accounts)

Goal:
put away Saturday
Halloween put away some
Christmas focus: Pull Christmas lights and test them
dust house
go through dd youngers music and find a place for most of it.

rooms to go into:
3 season room
basement
take shelf out of closet vacuum in basement
put christmas stuff in that closet

pull video tapes and call company for printing
call painter he is coming tuesday for an estimate _ I can do some painting but not all of it.
called electrician because of faulty wiring coming thursday dd youngers room is sparking mmm
I ran errands this morning - groceries, pottery barn (has a double bonus points this week and I wanted to get something before the double points goes away)
bought myself a charcoal gray light sweater for thanksgiving
donated books in 2 places
dh got gas for me
went to bank

2:55 time for other work (made phone calls)
3:40 pm now for Halloween removal
5:22 I took an hour off
my house is surface messy and I don't know if I want to clean right now. i didn't
I am going to watch the end of the movie and go downstairs and do what I planned on doing. WELL I DIDN'T

yesterday after 5:00 I took the whole evening off

this whole week I have not done dailies on a regular basis and I didn't do weeklies and my home shows it. dog hair and dust coat the land.

it's amazing how much time goes into putting things away and dejunking and decluttering (I had taken a whole year off and Have paid for it greatly)

Worked in the basement and basement closets until 2:25 pm until my thinker couldn't think anymore

we have dinner out tonight with family (leave at 4)

put halloween in the 2 plastic orange boxes in closet

thanksgiving box pulled to put upstairs

I wonder if anyone else gets cranky cleaning house?

TODAY: GENERAL HOUSE PUT AWAY DAY (room by room)
my house has hot spots building (well today it is actually a big hot spot without dailies or weeklies being done)

Animal care - no one brushed but should have been
Dog room/laundry room did laundry
white laundry all
pay monthly visa bill

Put away ballet under way
dining room (needs dusting and floor cleaning but I don't want to get stuck in one room only)
front room (needs washing of floor and dusting but do that later another time)
11:28 ran to starbucks not planned, tile shop to pick up corners, and a drive in the country side for about 20 minutes to give me a burst of happiness
lunch plan read until noon
1:21 pm
kitchen put away polka done.. it needs a washing down
family put away done but needs washing of floors and dusting
Hall way: most of my stuff put away
basement: did much toss and put away - I have another 1/2 to finish but not much more left (needs vacuuming)
5:27 put away in first floor was a success

Sick day card today I am coughing and taking care of me is up.
One thing to do is assemble a basket with tissues soup comfort stuff.

I don't know what is about I new day that makes me so happy. It's morning - isn't that great!

I think today is going to be the same as yesterday but with some removal of broken shades.
keeping fingers crossed

I keep on feeling like something out of my control is going to happen - not negative maybe a little - not positive maybe stretching me to be a better person or being there for someone I love - it's a bit unsettling but I just have to be okay with that feeling.

7:00 electrician comes as does the men for the bathroom. painter is going to give me an estimate for the dining room and front room. (mmm)

7:14 ready to work.
first 3 season room.. continue on my put away, toss, or donate dance
electrician hasn't come yet... was supposed to be here at 7
8:47 I am super struggling to stay focused .. so I have decided to work right to left in the 3 season room. It is getting close to be decluttered and I really need to control my over thinking\
a. right corner front of room done
b. right corner back done
c. left corner back done
d. left corner front almost done (need to remove bucket)
vacuumed a bit.
