I've been in that mode -"try, try again"! Finally got all our health insurance materials yesterday. We only have until November 14th to have our changes into the insurance outfit. But paint me VERY confused! All along we've been hearing that Medicare Advantage is going away for us on our health plan and that the insurance would go up 45%! If I read correctly!!! -not only has our insurance gone done $45 but we're still enrolled in the same plan as last year with the Med Advantage. Dh will call them tomorrow to make sure I'm right.
Secondly I missed a call last evening from dh's cardiologist's office. The gal who does the ultra sound called to give him the results of that test. We assumed there was no change so who knows. Dh will call her back this morning. Think they open at 8, so he'll try then.
We're leaving around 9 for Sebring for dh to take the truck he drove down -back to its owner. Hope to meet up with another couple from the campground.
Will be extremely careful driving my new car. Yesterday as we were driving to dbil/dsisil's I had stopped at an intersection to make a left turn. Looked to left & then right and there was a car up the road -but plenty of time for me to pull out and I started to go. Dh yelled at me and there was a car turning left in front of me. I couldn't figure out why I didn't see that car and watched carefully at the next intersection -only to realize that there's a second of a blind spot on the right windshield/door window with a car coming down. That car must have been in that blind spot just as I looked & I only could see the car up the road. Scared the living daylights out of me and the other driver was none too happy with me. Understandably. I just couldn't understand it. I was telling my dh later -not making excuses but wanting him to know that it could be either of us and need to be aware that we need to look twice. Usually if it was just me I would have waited anyway.
Can't wait for dh to get the new pump mounted on the water system out here. We've only had it since probably the beginning of last March (or possibly February). Someone had stolen their pump from the water system last season and dsonil kept putting off building a 'housing' for it so it wouldn't be stolen again.
The water quality and odor will be much improved once that's on. I need to start a list of things dh needs to do -my only fear in doing that is that he usually tries to get everything done 'right now'.

Later she called back to say she had rethought the message, worried we would hear the first few words, delete, and never know she called! 
(Her Daddy wonders if that was the only word the gentlemen interviewing could get in edgewise.) Dd admires the very prim Mrs. W, the engineering dept's coordinator, so much that when she locked eyes with dd and nodded briefly after her name was called, dd almost cried.
