Awww harmony... I feel for you. The puking only makes things hurt worse. That was a bad one. I take finnigine to control the vomiting. In the past I needed the suppository kind for just the reason you described.

Next time try putting ice on your head or back of your neck. I keep something for just that reason. Sometimes Sweetie has to bring them to me if I can't get up.

I've learned to "go into the pain" instead of trying to fight it. I just ride it out by saying to myself...it won't be much longer.

Also I find listening to the drone of voices on TV or listening to quiet music helps to " travel through " the pain.

So very sorry you had to go through this... Hoping you're feeling much better by now.
