(DE)FRAZZLE FRIDAY
Have you been frazzled by anything this week. It's time to DEfrazzle and have a normal day. I'm all for that. Hardly did a thing yesterday as leg was bugging me all day. Sat with it elevated and iced a good share of the day. Had dgs10 for most of the day. Today he's coming over here shortly and will stay at our RV until his Dad picks him up this afternoon. I have to go to the airport in Niagara Falls to pick up dd (4:17) and can't get back here in time for DS-R to pick up dgs (he has a b'day party at 6. So dh will keep an eye on him -aha! here they come! Our neighbors will also watch out for him.

Re: (DE)FRAZZLE FRIDAY
Good Morning!
I had a great start to the first 3.5 hours of my day. I am excited to feel better and be able to do what I want.
This afternoon is the final heart test. A treadmill type stress test. I am looking forward to finishing them. I am not looking forward to paying for them, but that is another challenge for another day.
Next up -
** paperwork

Re: (DE)FRAZZLE FRIDAY
Hi everyone! I did not get much done on my list yesterday. DD13 and I ate cinnamon rolls for dinner (+ rice for her) and watched Scooby Doo very old first season episodes. Briggs did get returned ok and I had to go out for his non-allergenic food. I will continue working on transitioning him to something cheaper. He and Stratton have returned to using DD's bed as their resting place, so Lara has returned to my bed. I feel bad about 'trading' her, but the other foster cannot keep Bella, and we do want to keep her as a foster, and I will have too many cats if someone is not traded. Lara has been with me about 4 years. There is nothing wrong with her, she just does not stand out at the adoption clinic. Just a nice ordinary cat.
I did get the LR mopped and had to change my bedding due to Cleo being sick (again). Still need to order glasses and pay bills, plus other stuff too long to mention here. I am looking forward to SLEEPING IN on my three day weekend!

Definitely have been extremely frazzled this week. Defrazzling today sounds great. Thanks for the idea, Dee.
Have a peaceful day, everyone.

Re: (DE)FRAZZLE FRIDAY
Did a full round of physio and watched the last episode of Paradise.
Next on my Netflix watch list is the new (to netflix) episodes of Nashville.
I tried a chicken sausage for lunch. Not bad, not great, kind-of meh. Too spicy for me, not enough protein for me either but lower in calories than a hotdog.
BTW: last night was $1 hotdog day at the ballpark. Dh really enjoyed his dinner (I had brought a Subway salad with me) and so wants to go on Thursdays from now on. The ballpark has almost no healthy choices although there were lots of announcements about how tonight will be "Yes we have salad!" night at the park. Apparently women's voices have been heard. Thankfully, you can bring in whatever food you want and on Sunday afternoons, they even have bbqs set up so you can grill your own food in the picnic area.
In preparation for next week I'm buying shelled peanuts. That was the only 'healthy' food there so he sent me to buy some to share but didn't send me with enough money (I only had $5 with me.) So he suggested we buy some and bring them with us each time we go.

Re: (DE)FRAZZLE FRIDAY
I'd like to be calm cool and collected all of the time, but I'm afraid I'm frazzled over one thing or another a lot!
Today it's because I had payroll taxes all ready to submit and all the charts and numbers filled out...then find out employee who is moving away and got last check decided to come to work today and get one more check, so all that work has to be updated. I sure wish this employee had decided to stay around because he's the best guy we've had all year.
Went to brunch with 2 girlfriends today. We get together on each other's birthdays. It was fun and I had a couple hours off.
Better get back to my desk.
