Re: Feb. Cards 2016
Cards are still my focus all the while I'm thinking on perfecting a single daily planner page, too. Sometimes I just need the "double-check" of a different kind of scheduling.
It's my consistent daily items that have started needing a written order of completion daily (though not really exact times, just staying in order). This means especially my health related ones, like remembering to take a particular pill with supper, remembering B-12 midday, or making sure not to start eating the next meal when I haven't had any water since the last, etc.
I find it interesting how my daily parade of health-related reminders has grown. When I first began with my Cardfile box after reading P and P, at, say, age 30, I doubt I could have found much in the way of health-related reminders needed. More would have been for the children than me, lol. I did not even track exercise then, though I did have a "Drink Water" card, very general.
