well done!!! d harriet I like that you bought a orange sweatshirt - it will make such a cute picture with grandson. I am not into anything gory at all! I like the snoopy halloween, sweet pumpkins etc., apple/fall theme (cute but not anything else), one year I made dd on a 420 sailing boat : she thought it was great.

I laughed so hard when I read about who will get the quilt lol - My house for sure

the week of September 1rst I am pulling all my halloween and placing it in the back room.
before then I am hoping to get the things together I want to make this years scare crow

I am starting to think about what and what is not important for my family this year. And with sweet d mil gone I want to make sure we as a family continue the love and the togetherness she gave us. It's so easy to separate by in-laws and non in-laws. I would miss them too much. So I am praying all of our efforts will keep us continually close and together.

I miss my d mil (Christmas will be hard this year - things seem not as important with d mil here for the holidays - but I have to remember dd's, dh and all my d in laws and nieces and nephews)

went through the Christmas countdown stuff
made planning cards for the holidays
ordered Christmas stamps

I need stove top stuffing.
I have a red long sleeved jacket with hood zipps closed that feels like velvet neet to think about the rest of the outfit. I have black pants.

Thanks Blessed. I also found in my closet a white fleece zip up jacket with holly leaves on it.

I put some meals ahead in the freezer some soups that will be great on the colder days.

Going to make up more red white and green yarn projects. Nope that yarn was gone. Will lok bext time I am at the store to get cool whip, stove top stuffing, gravy mix, and turkey roll.

I did get one of my d mom's presents in today - a charles aznavour cd - I also bought d brothers present yesterday, and a book for dh today.

Found dish cloth yarn in my stash not green or red but it will do for now. Got my sewing machine to sew on feed sacks yea!
