Yesterday I did 3 miles on my gazelle, stayed on my eating plan and exercise. Oh and I’m down .5lbs.
This isolation needs to be good for something.
Run kitty are you running in house and up and down your stairs again?

Absolutely not, RR.. I am running outside every morning in the glorious sunshine (lately) or in the rain, if necessary.

Past few days are a blur but I did stairs.
I arrived at ICU panting after 4 flights of stairs I am only used to three lol!
Had to catch my breath before going in to see huuby.
Home now for a couple of days walked the ddog.
Sat. I walked the dog this morning a medium walk.

good for you Runkitty...I figured that would be your answer. I'm thinking of hitting the road myself, but I have an outer leg ligament that isn't very happy. I am taking Alive and wrapping the area with an ace bandage and that seems to be helping. Doing weights doesn't bother it, but it twinges when I run or speed walk.
Nancy...anything you do is better than nothing. I think of you when I am on my Gazelle. I figure I must have over 10k miles on it by now. Bought it back around 2006 and still works well. However I do oil it every once in a while when it starts to make a funny noise.

Re: Health and Fitness, March 2020
I will make my minimal goal of 50K steps this week. I'm trying to get my habit going again, it's so easy to fall off and if I don't stay consistent early in the week it's too hard to make up. Dh being home is helpful, although he wants to walk a step ahead of me, which drives me crazy, and just a step faster than me.
I'll bump up goal for next week to 52500 or 56000. My 50K step goal is just a little more than 7K daily.
